Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies DASHIFY AUTOMACAO & INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL LTDA-ME (CNPJ 63.878.205/0001-94) uses, for what purpose, and how you can manage them.

This Policy forms part of the Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website, application or service stores on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you use it. They store information that allows the recognition of your browser, remembering your preferences, keeping you authenticated or measuring service performance.

In addition to cookies, we use similar technologies, such as:

  • LocalStorage and SessionStorage (browser local storage);
  • IndexedDB (browser local database);
  • Web beacons and pixels;
  • Device identifiers (in mobile applications and push notifications, e.g. FCM tokens).

For the purposes of this Policy, all such technologies are collectively referred to as "Cookies".

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

We classify Cookies into four categories according to their purpose:

2.1. Strictly necessary cookies (essential)

These are indispensable to the operation of the Platform. Without them, basic features — such as login, session maintenance, security and fraud prevention — do not work correctly.

Legal basis: legitimate interests / performance of contract (no consent required).

Examples:

  • Authentication and session cookie/token;
  • CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) prevention cookie;
  • Load-balancing cookie;
  • Selected language cookie;
  • Cookie policy acceptance cookie (to avoid displaying the banner repeatedly).

2.2. Functional cookies (preferences)

These allow the Platform to "remember" your choices and provide a more personalised experience.

Legal basis: consent, except where strictly necessary to deliver a feature requested by the User.

Examples:

  • Theme preferences (light/dark);
  • Saved screen layout;
  • Recent local search history.

2.3. Analytical / performance cookies

These collect information about how Users use the Platform (pages visited, time spent, errors, navigation flows), in aggregated and/or pseudonymised form, to help us improve the product.

Legal basis: consent (GDPR); consent or legitimate interests with prior assessment, within legal limits (LGPD).

Examples:

  • Analytics tools (proprietary or third-party);
  • Usage event collection for product metrics;
  • Frontend error monitoring.

2.4. Marketing and advertising cookies

Used to display relevant advertising, measure campaign effectiveness, conduct remarketing or personalise communications.

Legal basis: explicit consent.

Examples:

  • Ad network pixels;
  • Remarketing cookies;
  • Affiliate platform cookies.

At present, the Platform may not use all of the above categories. The specific inventory of Cookies in use is maintained internally and disclosed as applicable in the Platform's cookie banner.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some features may set Cookies defined by third parties (for example, video players, maps, embedded forms). Those Cookies are governed by the respective third parties' policies. We maintain an inventory of third parties used and disclose it in the consent banner where applicable.

4. Retention Periods

The duration of each Cookie varies:

  • Session cookies: expire automatically when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies: remain for a defined period (from days to months), unless you delete them earlier.

Specific details per Cookie can be found in the cookie settings panel (when available) or requested from the DPO.

5. How to Manage Cookies

You can control the use of Cookies in three ways:

5.1. Platform consent banner

On your first visit (and at any subsequent time), the Platform displays a banner that allows you to accept all, reject all non-essential or customise by category. You can access this panel again via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

5.2. Browser settings

Browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Each browser has its own process (consult the official documentation for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).

5.3. Third-party opt-out tools

Some advertising networks provide their own opt-out mechanisms (e.g. the networks' own pages; sector self-regulatory advertising portals).

Note: blocking essential cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning correctly.

6. Identifiers in Mobile Applications and Push Notifications

In mobile applications and notification features, identifiers provided by operating systems or by providers such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) may be used. You can control these authorisations in your device settings. See also the Push Notifications Notice.

7. Updates to This Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect technological, regulatory or product changes. The current version will always be available on the Platform, with the date of the last revision. Material updates will be communicated through official channels.
